Namami Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
